Cartoon Anatomy starts at 10am and ends with a free lunch and Comics storytelling starts at 1pm. The first class is for all ages, the second is for your more advanced artists. Any questions, feel free to call 860.305.6621 or write mattsminestudio@aol.com.

Another of of the classes where we would use many different pictures to create one single creature and or character. Now the pictures we had to use was a Victoria secret model and a sting ray as well as the ugliest fish I have ever seen. For me this was rather hard but I pulled threw with a amazing sting ray kite...(beat that Pablo Picasso) lol.

We started to frame some of the work and also the little cards that allot of people drew on which came out great.
This was one of the drawing classes that Matt teaches, and in this pic you can see the 2 coconuts one of theses book light clips and a screw driver. So the exercise was, to make your own character using these items. Its kinda hard but extremely fun to do, and also beefs up your drawing and creativity skillz.

Today we went to a CAG (comic book artists guild) where Professor Bill Foster a long time comic book collector and researcher, who has been a commentator for CNN as well as national public radio. He spoke about the part that African Americans took in comic book culture from the past to the present day. We also talked about upcoming conventions and also projects that we have all been working on.
